  Broken elevators, mold in air vents causing migraines, leaking fridge, sticky and dirty floors, hotel phone broken, front desk does not answer phone calls. We were offered ~$20 for our inconvenience. Be prepared- you don’t get what you pay for!

  Worst experience ever I was locked out of my room charged 200$ I was told the smell of weed was coming out of my room I ever smoke in my room and if I didn’t pay the bill I couldn’t get back into my room to get my personal stuff. staff and manager was rude about the whole situation please be carful with these people

  A/C in our room did not work. They decided had to move us rooms. 1st room tried to move us to was occupied already. Finally another room....door to patio off track..toilet not working. This took almost 3 hours of my Saturday...they need a good maintenance team in this hotel!

  Very dissatisfied. Our room was charged to our credit card before we even arrived in town. At least a day before. Our room had a broken ottoman that I had no clue about until I sat down and fell, due to two broken legs under the seat. When I tried to call the front desk to inform them, I found that the phone was not working. Using my self phone I finally was able to get someone to answer the front desk phone but there was some problems with the communication, (I had to spell ottoman in order for them to understand what I meant), and them blaming our cell phone static, (which there was none on our end), on their inability to understand the situation. Finally they said they would send maintenance. After about 20 minutes, maintenance did show with another ottoman, but told us the phone just didn’t work.
  The biggest problem, after the blown fuse due to an attempt to use the hair dryer, was when we returned after dinner to find no available parking anywhere near our room. Very frustrating when you have a disabled child and we had to park at the opposite end of the property. Also since we booked the room months ago and was charged over 900.00 and a $100.00 room deposit, with no mention of the deposit when I booked the room. He stated the fee was for incidentals, when there were no incidentals available. Then he stated it was for damages, for a room with a broken ottoman that caused me to fall? For a phone that didn’t work. For a patio light that didn’t work. (Safety?) For a hair dryer that blows a fuse and power?
  And after losing a home in an electrical fire, the room’s electrical issues were extremely disconcerting.
  I will say that the staff were nice, and tried to be helpful but there were more excuses than remedies. Last but not least while we were waiting in the lobby we had to overhear a few other disgruntled guests with issues about parking and having to carry the luggage up flights of stairs because there are no elevators. Oh and that beautiful beach front water view that we paid extra for, well it couldn’t be seen because they put up a plexiglass wall that they never took the time to remove the plastic covering. Very disappointing.
